Muslim World League London Office completed the ISO audit with flying colours

On Thursday 17th January 2019 Muslim World League London Office (MWLLO) had held its annual quality audit. Mr. Martin Saunders the consultant from QMS International, a quality certifying body, arrived at 2pm to conduct a full audit of MWLLO’s quality system and its implementation.

MWLLO has adopted a quality management system in 2016 and was awarded ISO 9001:2015. Mr. Saunders said, “The adoption of the quality management system is a strategic decision by the organisation to improve its overall performance and provide a sound basis for sustainable development initiatives.” Furthermore, he has praised the well-organized documentation of policies, manuals and procedures of the organisation.

The regional director of MWLLO, Dr. Ahmad Makhdoom stated, “The organisation always strives to provide best training and support for its staff and volunteers in order to achieve the highest quality standard.” He has also thanked the whole MWLLO team for their efforts and dedication specially Mr. Nezamul who is, in addition to his primary responsibilities, the quality manager in the organisation.

It is worth mentioning that MWLLO is amidst the pioneering Islamic organizations in the United Kingdom that attained ISO certification and is currently exploring to further review its effects and how to transform its facilities and procedure to be 100% environment friendly.
